Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your can’t access membership plans after purchase, we will offer you a full refund or exchange plans.

To be eligible for a return, your item/membership must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Several types of plans are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept membership plans that are Purchased or ongoing.

Additional non-returnable conditions:

  • Successful payment and access
  • Watched Videos
  • Ongoing plans

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase(membership plan).

Please do not send your purchase back to the Paradise Tv.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card/Debit Card/Digital Payment company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced Membership Plans may be refunded. No other price cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if you are not access or payment issues. If you need to exchange it for the same Plans, send us an email at ranajitsen57@gmail.com and send your plans details to: 58/24,P.A. Shah Road,Lake Garden,Kolkata – 700045

Payment returns

To return your membership services plans, you should mail your payment details to: ranajitsen57@gmail.com.

We are not responsible to any Froud Cases/Miss transaction/Double or Triple plans transaction.

You will be responsible for paying for your own costs for Membership Plans. Membership Plans are non-refundable if payment will be successful and accessible.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged plans to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your paid membership palns.
